The Fine Print
- The Festival Pass will be on offer until stock lasts or until December 31, 2023 whichever comes first.
- The Festival Pass offers four different Birkie events lengths, and the price of the pass is dependent on the race selected.
- The Canadian Birkebeiner Society (CBS) reserves the right to end this offer earlier for any reason.
- Unless specified elsewhere, the products, coupons and services offered within the Festival Pass are non-transferrable and can only be used by the Participant (person who purchased the Festival Pass.)
- The Viking Feast ticket is transferrable by contacting the Birkie Office by February 7, 2024.
- The Biking Like a Viking coupon is transferable.
- The Biking Like a Viking coupon is valid for the Early Bird Registration of the biking event. A discount code will be emailed to you prior to opening the Bike Event.
- The Participant must select their preferred Birkie event distance when registering online. The selected distance may not be upgraded but may be downgraded. There is no charge to downgrade and there is no refund for the price difference.
- Save Your Spot insurance is included with the price of the Festival Pass and applies solely to the loppet taking place on February 10th, 2024. The insurance does not apply to the Viking Feast or Biking Like a Viking
