Curtis and Kim, father and daughter, were out on the trails in Cooking Lake – Blackfoot PRA last Saturday.
Curtis has been skiing for many years already. He even has many stamps of loppets in his Worldloppet Passport. In 2019 he skied the 70km Marcialonga in Italy. He always kept the wish to cross-country ski, preferably long distances, with his daughter. “I was never into it, until two years ago.”, states Kim. This year Kim and Curtis will finally ski the Canadian Birkie 31 km tour together on Saturday February 8, 2020. Kim also trains with the Birkie Training Group winter session.
