Birkie Training Groups Dryland Training to start in September
Start training for your Birkie in September, whether this will be your very first 8 Km or eighth 55 Km! Add Dryland Training to your existing activities or sign up to motivate you for this season’s race. Dryland Training includes ski-specific strength and core exercises, balance and aerobic training, weekly goals for training activities and how to incorporate them into your current pre-snow pursuits, as well as ski walking/bounding using proper classic ski technique. Catch the excitement and inspiration by training with other Birkie-lovers! You must have at least 2 years of skiing experience to participate.
New this year: Wednesday Evening Training starting September 13.
